The Tuesday Club was formed in October 2017 for people who live alone, to try and overcome the problems of loneliness in the community. They meet on the first Tuesday of each month (all year round) in the Walter Nelson Hall in Main Street, Groomsport. There is a good variety of speakers and social gatherings. Sometimes there is an extra meeting in the month to go and visit places such as the Bangor Walled Garden etc.
The meetings start at 2:00pm unless otherwise stated and the programme appears in the Spectator Newspaper. There is a small charge £2 per meeting to help defray costs.
Come along and try the club out, you will be made very welcome.
