Coffee/Tea after Sunday Worship: Everyone is invited over to The Hub immediately after worship this morning for a short time of fellowship together. It is perhaps a chance for us to get to know some of our fellow members a bit better. Visitors are particularly welcome, and we look forward to meeting you. Thank you.

Rev. Paul Dalzell will be on holiday until this Thursday 3rd October. If you need pastoral care please contact the Clerk of Session.

Tai Chi Beginners Classes continue in The Hub on Monday mornings at 10.00am. An Improvers Class continues on a Thursday at 2.30pm and runs until 24th October. Cost again is £6 per class.

The next meeting of the Tuesday Club will be this Tuesday1st October at 2.00pm when our speaker will be Oliver Hull. Tickets are on sale for the Tuesday Club Christmas show, which is an open meeting. 100 tickets available at £10 each. Ring Mary on 028 9147 4098 if you would like to attend.

Wednesday Private Prayer:- Our church is open for private prayer and quiet reflection every Wednesday morning. If you have any pastoral needs, please contact our minister Rev. Paul Dalzell or leave a message with our church secretary.
Storehouse:- Gifts for Storehouse can be left in to the church on Wednesday morning (10 – 12 noon) or before Sunday Worship. Currently there is a real need for the following items: tinned meats and sweetcorn, long life milk, jam, size 7 nappies and shampoo. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

‘Wednesday Welcome’:- The Hub is open on a Wednesday morning from 10:30 to 12 noon. Anyone is welcome to call in, a warm welcome is assured.

Something New! Hobby Hub continues this Thursday, 2-4pm in the Hub.
This is an opportunity for fun and fellowship while sharing interests and skills in a safe and relaxed setting. Please come along and support this new venture. Feel free to invite family and friends. We pray this will evolve and grow in the coming months.

The Leisure Group Coffee Morning will take place this Saturday 5th October, 10.30 until 12.00. Everyone welcome.

Communion Service: Our Autumn communion service will take place next Sunday morning, 6th October. Please note that Kidzone will be held in the Archie Agnew Hall. The children should be
collected from there after the end of the service. Thank you.

Bible Characters & Their Prayers
Prayer & Bible Study – Commencing on Wednesday 9th October at 7.30pm. Over a series of 4 Wednesday evenings, we will consider different aspects of prayer as seen in Abraham, Moses,
Nehemiah and Daniel. If you would like to attend you will be made very welcome as we explore God’s Word and share together.

Harvest Services: Our Harvest Services this year take place on Sunday 13th October. As before, we would ask members of the congregation to donate gifts of pot- plants, flowers and other appropriate items to decorate our church for these services. These should be left down at the church from 9:30 a.m. on Saturday 12th October. Could we also invite members to leave in items that can be donated to Storehouse North Down. Our morning service will be led by Rev Dalzell and our organist and choir are working hard in preparation for this important annual event in our church calendar.
Our evening service will be at 7:00 pm. and our guest preacher will be Rev Elliot Swattridge. After the service, the congregation is invited over to our church hall where light refreshments will be served. We would request that Elders remain behind to collect gifts for distribution before going over to the church hall.
Please note that Rev Dalzell will be preaching at the evening Harvest Service in the Parish Church on Sunday 6th October at 6 pm. All our members are invited to join our neighbours in the Parish for this service. Thank you.

A Right Royal Afternoon Tea – Hosted by the Mission Committee in the Archie Agnew Room on Saturday 19th October at 2:30 p.m. Guest Speaker – Rev. Derek Kerr. Please come along and support this event which should be a fun day. Rev Derek Kerr is a
renowned royal enthusiast and entertaining speaker. Proceeds will be in aid of ‘Open Doors’ supporting persecuted Christians around the world. Tickets available from members of the mission
committee or church office- Price £10. If anyone has a spare cake stand that we could borrow for the day, please let us know. Thank you.
