Leprosy Mission Sunday: Today we are delighted to welcome
Mr Stephen McCartney from Leprosy Mission NI as our guest speaker. We are very grateful to Stephen for taking the time to update date us on the work of the leprosy mission in India and around the world. LM envelopes are available in the pews. If you wish to make a donation, please ensure that any cheques are made out to Groomsport Presbyterian Church. Thank you.

Elders and Assistants: Eagle Wing Newsletters, Annual Directories and FWO letters are available for collection TODAY.
Communion Tokens for Good Friday evening service on 18th April are also available for distribution. Many thanks for your attention.

Youth Evening:
All our young people, aged 10-18, are invited to a special Youth Evening being held in the Parish Church Hall.
TONIGHT, 6th April – 7:30-8:30pm – Youth Easter egg hunt around Groomsport!

Pickleball Class continues on a Monday evening at 8.15pm, after BB, in the Walter Nelson Hall. Also on Thursday afternoons 2.30 – 4.40pm.

Session Meeting: The next session meeting will be this Tuesday 8th April and will take place in the Archie Agnew Hall at 7:30pm.

Wednesday
The Church building is open for private prayer 10.00am – Noon.
Gifts for Storehouse can be left 10.00am – Noon.
Supplies can be left in the trolley in the foyer either on Wednesday morning or before the Sunday service. Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

Wednesday Welcome‘ The Hub is open as usual every Wednesday morning from 10:30 – 12 noon. It has been lovely to see members of our congregation and visitors coming each week for a time of fun and fellowship together. If you haven’t been recently or never attended, please come along to enjoy tea/filter coffee and scones at this beautiful venue. Spread the word and invite your friends and neighbours. Everyone is assured of a warm welcome! Thank you.

Hobby Hub continues on Thursday afternoons at 2:00 – 4:00pm. This is an opportunity for fun and fellowship while sharing interests and skills in a safe relaxing setting.

Saturday Coffee Mornings resume this Saturday 12th April, and will run throughout the Spring and Summer.

Good Friday Communion: Please make a special effort to attend this important date in our church calendar, 18th April at 7.00pm.

Men’s Group
: Our next men’s group will take place in the Hub on Friday 25th April starting at 10:30 a.m. Paul Miller will be talking to us on his experiences working in Nepal with the charity Practical Action (formally known as Intermediate Technology). Practical Action is a global development charity, building sustainable lives and livelihoods on the frontlines of poverty and climate change. We look forward to seeing you at this time of good fun and fellowship together. Feel free to bring a friend!
