New Tai Chi exercise classes are starting in the church halls in September.
Tai Chi is exercise for both the body and mind through a series of slow smooth movements performed standing or sitting with the aim to improve health and relaxation.
We have a six week course for Beginners starting on Monday 9th September at 10am and a six week block of classes for Improvers commencing on Thursday 19th September at 2.30pm. You can come along and register on the first week.
All you need is to wear comfortable clothing, flat shoes and bring a waterbottle.
Cost £6 per class.
All are welcome to come along and give Tai Chi a try!
