Tai Chi Classes

Tai Chi is exercise for both the body and mind through a series of slow smooth movements performed standing or sitting with the aim to improve health and relaxation.

We have three levels of classes running through the Winter term. There are a few places in the New Beginners Class on Mondays and if anyone wishes to attend, they will be made most welcome.   

Please contact Janet or the church office if you would like to have a go at Tai Chi.

All you need is to wear comfortable clothing, flat shoes and bring a waterbottle.

Cost £6 per class.
