This year, the Groomsport and Ballyholme World Day of Prayer Committee are hosting a Coffee Morning in the Walter Nelson Halls on Saturday 8th February, 10.30am-12noon.
Everyone is invited to come and along and support this annual event.
World Day of Prayer is a global ecumenical movement led by Christian women who come together for prayer and action for peace and justice. Their work raises awareness of the lives and concerns of others throughout the world, especially those who write the service.
World Day of Prayer is on Friday 7th March 2025 and the programme has been prepared by the women of the Cook Islands. Their theme is “I made you Wonderful”.
